In connection with this opportunity, this travel certificate is being offered and sold to you and provides standard hotel accommodation for up to four people for four days and three nights. Reservation requests must be received at least 15 days prior to arrival date and all reservations are based upon availability, destination, special events, weekend or holiday travel. ELIGIBILITY

• You must attend approximately a 120-minute preview within 12 months from contacting Smoky Mountain Distributors 2 and activating this travel certificate which will be indicated by your receipt of a confirmation.
• Participants must have a valid driver’s license or other government-issued ID and an active major credit card that is not linked to a debit account. Credit building cards are not accepted.
• Married individuals must be at least 25 years old. Cohabitating individuals and singles must be at least 30 years old.
• The minimum gross annual household income is $50,000 unless you are retired and $40,000 is accepted.
• Participants must not have filed for bankruptcy, be currently in bankruptcy, or have had a charge off within 2 years. At the time of travel, participants cannot be in the process of purchasing or refinancing a home.
• Participants must be legal U.S. citizens and fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) without requiring a translator.
• Individuals working in the branded hotel industry or vacation ownership are ineligible.
• Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchasing this offer, as confirmed by receipt of a confirmation email. This offer is non-refundable and non-transferable. • Holidays and peak travel dates (e.g., Memorial Day through Labor Day and October) may require additional upgrade fees. Blackout dates and mandatory check-in days may apply.
• Participants are responsible for resort fees, taxes, and additional expenses, estimated to range from $30 to $90. These costs include nightly room taxes, which typically range from $10 to $30 per night.
• A security deposit or credit card hold for incidentals may be required upon check-in.
• This offer does not include normal travel expenses such as airfare, transportation, applicable taxes, meals, parking, and room incidentals.
• Smoky Mountain Distributors 2 and its agents act solely as intermediaries for hotel lodging and are not responsible for any loss, delay, accident, injury, or damage to persons or property. Smoky Mountain Distributors 2 shall not be liable for acts of God, strikes, weather-related delays, acts of war or terrorism, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Your stay will not be at a property owned or managed by Smoky Mountain Distributors 2. This certificate is valid for standard hotel accommodation only. Smoky Mountain Distributors 2, its agents, assignees and designees, act only as agents for hotels and will not assume any responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and requires a $79 change fee. Travelers must reschedule before the offer’s expiration date, which is 12 months from the date of purchase. This offer is subject to availability, may change without notice, and is void where prohibited. Any names and addresses collected may be used to solicit the sale of travel products upon providing consent.

This offer may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Failure to attend or complete the full sales presentation and/or meet the stated eligibility requirements will result in the forfeiture of the promotional offer. In such a case, you will be charged $600 for lodging and an administrative charge of $150.00 to the credit card on file.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• If your travel package has not yet been confirmed, you may request a full refund within thirty days (30) calendar days of purchase.
• Once confirmation is issued, the vacation package becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of purchasing this travel certificate or it will expire.
• Failure to attend the scheduled presentation or complete eligibility requirements will result in a charge of up to $600, plus a $150 administrative fee, applied to the credit card on file.
• Guests who do not arrive for their confirmed travel date, will be considered a no-show and subject to the same penalties.
